Capio Recruitment is seeking a Residential Property Conveyancer or Solicitor to join a dynamic, young team at a well-regarded law firm based in Borehamwood. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to work on high-quality, low-volume cases, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Position Overview:

Role: Residential Property Conveyancer/Solicitor
Salary: £48,000 per annum
Office Size: 10 - 12 people
Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible working within these hours, but all office-based)
Holiday: 25 days annual leave

What You Will Do:

Handle a low-volume caseload of high-value residential property transactions (often worth millions)
Provide expert advice and deliver exceptional client service

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
