Credit Control Supervisor - NHS / Council Experience
Salary: £38,000
Location: Borehamwood
Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in the office
Main responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the credit control team.
- Dealing with escalations including credit notes and invoicing queries,
- Reporting and analysis of outstanding debt
- Managing a ledger of accounts.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit control.
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Checking processes are being adhered to including, remittances, cash allocations
- High volume query resolution
Main Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role is essential.
- A can-do attitude with willingness to lead a team.
- Ability to work in a changing and fast paced environment.
- Experience with local authorities/ councils.
- Healthcare / NHS credit control experience
- Excellent communication and people skills (written, verbal and over the telephone)
