  • Handling low-volume, incoming Customer calls
  • Responding to email queries
  • Resolving the Customer query / request from start to finish
  • Proactively introduce products and services
  • Maintaining Customer records
  • Adhering to the Company’s compliance policies and procedures

You will have the following skills and attributes:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar, telephone-focused Customer Service role preferably within the Financial Services sector
  • A professional and friendly approach
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • A pro-active approach to personal development
