We are seeking applications from Reliability Engineers to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer who are committed to producing high quality medications.

As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and executing a reliability program to minimise risks, reduce production losses, and control maintenance costs. Collaborating closely with Production, Projects, Facilities, and Engineering teams, you'll play a critical role in optimising asset performance, developing effective reliability processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Some of your key responsibilities will include -

  • Develop and implement a sustainable reliability program to reduce risks and maximise equipment uptime.
  • Track production losses and high maintenance costs, analysing data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct robust root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve reliability issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Identify, prioritise, and lead projects to address reliability risks, lower costs, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise equipment and asset performance.
  • Create and maintain reliability-focused documentation, including processes, procedures, and reports.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of reliability initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the reliability program.
