Finance Assistant - The Role
- Manage electronic data and e-mails
- Liaison with managers, accountants and support staff as necessary to provide an accurate andefficient service to clients.
- To participate in all internal training, prepare and run training sessions and attended externaltraining.
- Monitoring of bank statements for BACS receipts
- Banking twice per week
- Filing invoices accurately and correctly
- Sending remittances to suppliers
- Plus much more
Finance Assistant - Skills and requirements
- Working knowledge of QUBE computer system
- A desire to learn and gain knowledge of property management principles and procedures.
- Soft skills when dealing with people to empathise and understand the customers’ needs.
- Working knowledge of windows-based spreadsheets - i.e. Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
