Deputy Manager | Elderly Nursing Home Salary: £60,000 per annum Location: Borehamwood Qualification: RGN & RMN *Good Clinical Skills* Remit Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Clinical Deputy Manager to work in their well performing nursing home based near the Borehamwood area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having strong clinical skills.
The Candidate This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Nurse looking to develop further in their managerial career with a reputable care provider. The candidate must have 2 years Clinical Lead or Deputy experience, previous experience in the nursing home setting, strong clinical knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN)
At least 2 years experience within a Clinical Lead or Deputy post within elderly care Previous Nursing Home experience Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience Strong Clinical Skills Genuine passion for elderly care Leadership experience within a senior nurse capacity Interview Process There is a 2 stage interview process Stage 1 - Interview with the Home Manager Stage 2 - Interview with the Home Manager & Regional Manager Location This role is based in the Borehamwood area and is easily commutable from Watford, Potters Bar, Radlett, Edgware, St Albans, Stanmore, Barnet, Bushey, Hemel Hempstead, Stanmore, Northwood and Harrow.
