Credit Control Supervisor - NHS / Council ExperienceSalary: £38,000Location: BorehamwoodHybrid Working: 3 days a week in the office

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the credit control team.
  • Dealing with escalations including credit notes and invoicing queries,
  • Reporting and analysis of outstanding debt
  • Managing a ledger of accounts.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit control.
  • Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.
  • Checking processes are being adhered to including, remittances, cash allocations
  • High volume query resolution

Main Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar role is essential.
  • A can-do attitude with willingness to lead a team.
  • Ability to work in a changing and fast paced environment.
  • Experience with local authorities/ councils.
  • Healthcare / NHS credit control experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills (written, verbal and over the telephone)
