Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working alongside a great business in Borehamwood to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner!

They are looking for a candidate who has exceptional relationship building skills and can produce and provide an insight into daily Management Information. You will ensure all monthly and quarterly group reporting is completed so you'll need awareness and experience of up-to-date financial reporting standards.

You will be an excellent communicator and have proven experience of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • To be a focal point for the business for all financial matters
  • To prepare budgets and forecasts
  • Variance analysis
  • FP&A
  • To produce financial reports
  • Manage companies audit
  • Prepare month end financial statements including P&L accounts, budgets, cash flow and commentaries
  • Have oversight of the General Ledger
  • Support with system improvements
  • People management and training

The client is looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Qualified ACCA or CIMA
  • A minimum of 5 years PQE
  • Some working in an accountancy practice would be highly desirable
  • Up to date IFRS reporting standards
  • Ability to analyse, manipulate and interpret data quickly
  • ERP systems skills
  • Proactive approach to work and problem solving skills
