Head of Finance
Nouvo Recruitment are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join our amazing client based in Hertfordshire. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to join a rapidly growing company within the property sector to head up their successful finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring optimal utilisation of capital and resources.
- Supervise all financial tasks across the group, including financial reporting and budget consolidation.
- Oversee the implementation of sound cash flow management processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular, timely financial management information, including strategic analysis and monthly accounts, to support decision-making at the highest level.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with superior mathematical skills.
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role.
- Proven experience of managing teams
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate finance principles, and financial analysis.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
