But when working for small businesses you get involved in other areas too, such as marketing.  There's an attractive starting salary between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience). And once settled in you'll have some flexibility about how many days you need to be in the office (the company are thinking three in the office with two from home).   Alongside that there's:
