An established business in Borehamwood are looking for a passionate and experienced Manager to take control of their Transactional Accounting Team.
Managing a team of 8, your main responsibility will be to lead, develop and motivate the team, whilst managing and developing internal relationships and ensuring that IT systems and infrastructure work efficiently for the benefit of the team.
In addition, you will ensure that all transaction are reconciled on a regular basis and that any issues/discrepancies are highlighted and/or rectified promptly and efficiently.
Applicants will require both experience of managing teams in addition to a real passion for managing people and ensuring that the team performs efficiently.
