- Post Completion: Writing to borrowers, updating internal systems, creating action points, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Collections: Monitoring loans where borrowers are making payments or servicing their loans.
- Servicing: Overseeing loan conditions, maintaining building insurance records, monitoring registration of charges, and liaising with solicitors on outstanding conditions.
- Redemptions: Proactively contacting borrowers 3 months before loan expiry, processing extension requests, liaising with the finance department, issuing redemption statements, and updating investors.
- Default Management: Instructing solicitors and maintaining communication with borrowers in default situations.
- Admin Support: Reviewing documents and data as required to assist the team’s operations.
- Team Assistance: Supporting the portfolio and recoveries team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized, with excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in bridging finance and/or mortgages is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
