Financial Planning Manager - part time hybrid

£75k pro rata

Are you a qualified Financial Plaanning Analyst looking for a new part time position? Due to a company re-structure a new position has been created. As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst you will be reporting into the Chairman supporting the organisations commercial growth plans. You will be CIMA or ACCA, or ACA qualified with experience of working at a small to medium business.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the organisation's goals.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks to safeguard the organisation.
  • Cash Flow Management: Overseeing and optimising cash flow to maintain financial stability.
  • Investment and Capital Management: Managing investments and capital to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conducting detailed financial analysis and producing comprehensive reports for decision-making.

Skills & experience:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in an accounting role, with experience in small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Experience in trading environments is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey financial insights clearly.
  • Demonstrated work ethics and reliability.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively as part of a very small team.
