Candidates should have previous leadership experience in an accident repair center and relevant qualifications such as ATA, NVQ, or City & Guilds, though time-served applicants are also considered.
The position offers a competitive salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per year.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Kolt Recruitment are recruiting for a talented Bodyshop Manager required for an Accident Repair Centre.

Responsibilities

Ensure all vehicles entering the site for repair receive the highest level of attention.
Maintain relationships with colleagues, insurers, and manufacturers
Organise the Bodyshop by controlling job start and finishing times and to be always aware of the status of each job.
All job cards are completed correctly and be ultimately responsible for shop floor discipline.
Motivate the team.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous experience of working in a accident repair center in a leadership position.
ATA / NVQ or City & Guilds qualification within accident and repairs but time served are considered.
