The Role:
Our client, a well-established, family-run automotive dealership group, is looking for a Fleet Sales Administrator to join their experienced and successful team. Representing a diverse range of exciting brands in a fantastic working environment, you’ll be part of a supportive, dynamic team!
As a Fleet Sales Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing operational processes for the FN50 and selected corporate and National accounts.
Responsibilities & Requirements Of A Fleet Sales Administrator:
Order new vehicles (ensuring the specification is accurate and matches the customers’ orders) - Ebbon/Leaselink experience essential.
Proactively offer alternative vehicles to maximise sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports.
Taxi and invoice new cars.
Input stock details on group's computer system.
Arrange new car deliveries with drivers and logistics companies.
Liaise with delivery agents to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to a very high standard.
Requirements:
Fleet experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Enthusiasm for automotive products and excellent IT skills
Flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Package:
Basic Salary: Up To £28,000 Basic Salary (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm - With An Hour Lunch Break
