Partnering with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), your role is crucial in ensuring claimants receive the correct Personal Independence Payments (PIP).
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments in person, via telephone, or virtually with claimants from diverse backgrounds. These assessments allow you to explore how a claimant’s physical or mental health condition impacts their daily living and mobility.
  • Review a wide range of medical evidence—including GP reports, specialist letters, and hospital records—to gain a comprehensive understanding of each individual’s condition.
  • Utilize your clinical judgment to compile detailed and objective reports that directly inform DWP decisions, helping claimants receive the right support.
  • Keep up to date with PIP guidelines and criteria through regular training to ensure high-quality assessments and reports.
  • This role allows you to use your clinical expertise in a meaningful way, influencing positive outcomes for individuals while stepping away from traditional patient care settings.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Registered and qualified with 1 year of clinical experience (NMC/HCPC)
  • A Registered General Nurse, Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
  • Strong communication and typing skills, with a focus on clinical reporting
