About the Role:

They are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join a growing Sales team within a specialist lender. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least six months of mortgage or bridging administration experience who is eager to develop a career in financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking broker appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs)
  • Creating and issuing terms to clients
  • Managing and organising case files efficiently
  • Chasing terms sent to brokers within specified timeframes
  • Maintaining and updating the internal CRM system
  • Obtaining professional quotes and instructing relevant professionals (surveyors, lawyers, etc.)
  • Liaising closely with the underwriting team
  • Requesting and managing Feefo reviews on a weekly basis

Experience required:

  • Minimum of six months' experience in mortgage or bridging loan administration
  • Understanding of property finance and lending processes
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
