Repairs Manager duties:
- Be responsible for the delivery of the group repairs service including responsive repairs.
- Assist with the delivery of void works
- Effectively manage subcontractors and a team of 3 team leaders and a senior planner
- Produce and analyse operational performance data to bring about improvements.
What is required for the role:
- Social Housing experience
- experience managing external contractors
- Strong knowledge of social housing repairs and maintenance
