Hours: Mon-Fri, Full Time

Salary: £30K-£40K

Our client is an IT solutions provider based in Borehamwood who are looking for and HR and Compliance Executive to join their team. They are seeking an experienced and proactive HR & Compliance Executive to support their fast paced and changing environment. The role requires excellent time management, organisational skills and a process-focused approach. Operating within a tightly knit team with strong interpersonal dynamics, the ideal candidate should be sociable and enjoy contributing to a positive office environment. This is a fantastic multifaceted role which encompasses HR, Operations and Team support

Responsibilities

HR

  • Take lead & continually improve HR Strategy & Processes
  • Approachable point of contact
  • Carry out processes including Recruitment, Onboarding & Reviews
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Create personal development plans, track team qualifications and hold team to account
  • Arrange company socials, training sessions and team building activities

Operational & Compliance

  • Assist Operations Director with compliance requirements
  • Health & Safety (First Aid, Fire Warden, etc)
  • Assist with facilities & office management

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and well-established organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and able to develop strong working relationships with all employees
  • Be proactive and a problem solver
  • Be able to work quickly and multi-task where required
  • Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Be interested in technology and learning the business functions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced business
  • 3-4+ years of HR experience
