As an HR Advisor, you will oversee the full administration for the HR life cycle as you support Head Office and regionally-based employees. This will see you act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, including employee relations, providing advice in line with HR policies and supporting HR Administrators as they address HR-related queries from the Elysium website. 

When you are not turning your hand to support the HR life cycle, you will assist in delivering HR Analytical reporting and data management, this includes generating reports on HR metrics, analysing data to identify trends and providing insights for decision making. 

You will drive the reduction of absence management, this will include reviewing Management Information on function-by-function absenteeism and delivering key action plans

This is a hybrid working role which requires the successful candidate to work 2 days in the office.

Other responsibilities:

  • Hold HR upskilling sessions to support staff.
  • Developing and implementing workshops for Managers in 6 key HR subject matters
  • Supporting performance processes, and assist managers in employee development plans
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and overseeing on policies such as absences, maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, pension’s queries, flexible working etc.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in providing ER advice
  • Relevant HR qualification
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and trust of employees
  • Strong communicator with proven customer service skills
  • Experience using Word, Outlook and Excel 
  • The ability to critically analyse and review masses of data 
  • Experience in identifying trends and analysis
  • Experience in using corporate systems
