Key Requirements:
- ER Advice: You need to have experience providing advice on employee relations, including handling sensitive HR matters such as grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management.
- HR Qualification: A relevant qualification, such as CIPD, will be essential to demonstrate your knowledge in HR.
- Confidentiality.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service.
- Salary and Leave: A competitive salary of 40,000 with 33 days of leave, including bank holidays, and an additional day off on your birthday.
