A stable and established company in the UK is seeking an HR Advisor to oversee the full administration of the HR life cycle.
The role requires previous HR experience in a similar position, along with a relevant HR qualification and the ability to provide employee relations advice.
The HR Advisor will act as the first point of contact for queries, develop workshops for managers, and support performance processes.
This hybrid role offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 and includes 33 days of annual leave, wellbeing support, and career development opportunities.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and experience with Microsoft packages, and will be required to maintain confidentiality and trust.

HR Advisor - The Role

You will oversee the full administration for the HR life cycle as you support Head Office and regionally-based employees.
First point of call for all queries
Developing and implementing workshops for Managers
Supporting performance processes, and assist managers in employee development plans
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and overseeing on policies such as absences

HR Advisor - The experience

Previous HR experience within a similar role
Experience in providing ER advice
Relevant HR qualification
The ability to maintain confidentiality and trust of employees
Strong communicator
Experience using Microsoft packages
