HR Advisor

Nouvo recruitment are working with our amazing client based in Hertfordshire. They are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their already successful HR department. Our client are leading providers in their sector so this is the perfect opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career.

Hybrid working - 2 Days from Home

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Provide quality advice and consultancy support to line managers on employee relations, including managing discipline, grievance matters and end to end support of the absence management process.
  • Support the immediate and long-term needs of the site whilst delivering the HR Strategy and the site’s people plan.
  • Manage the full range of HR activities within the employee lifecycle (new starter process, current employment to termination of employment)
  • Ensure that company standards and policies & procedures are effective and are implemented on a consisted basis across the site.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role, with CIPD qualifications
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment would really help you in this role - no two days will be the same and you will need the ability to think on your feet.
  • A positive attitude is a MUST - we work hard, so we need to make sure we love the environment we work in and make sure these flows throughout our workforce.
