Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the Borehamwood area, this is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous insurance experience to join a leading organisation within their industry. This person will be working within a great team environment, providing a high level of service o clients, building and maintaining relationships. Salary - Up to £28,000 depending on experience plus fantastic benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical and more Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm Some of the duties will include:
- Maintain and enhance existing client relationships
- Providing quotations for new business
- Cross-selling other insurance products
- Processing and maintaining client emails
- Maintaining diary systems
- Administration duties as required
- Ensure a full understanding of terms and conditions relating to insurance products and pricing
- Assist with the preparation of events and exhibitions
- To keep up to date with industry news
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with insurer partners
The suitable candidate:
- Previous experience within Insurance is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong inter-personal skills with a professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- A great team player
- The ability to meet deadlines as well as prioritise own workload
