Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the Borehamwood area, this is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous insurance experience to join a leading organisation within their industry. This person will be working within a great team environment, providing a high level of service o clients, building and maintaining relationships.

Salary - Up to 28,000 depending on experience plus fantastic benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical and more

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Some of the duties will include:

  • Maintain and enhance existing client relationships
  • Providing quotations for new business
  • Cross-selling other insurance products
  • Processing and maintaining client emails
  • Maintaining diary systems
  • Administration duties as required
  • Ensure a full understanding of terms and conditions relating to insurance products and pricing
  • Assist with the preparation of events and exhibitions
  • To keep up to date with industry news
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with insurer partners


The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within Insurance is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong inter-personal skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A great team player
  • The ability to meet deadlines as well as prioritise own workload
