Some of your duties will include:

- Managing complaints received from tenants and members which are covered under Property Redress Scheme

- Receiving and handling complaints ensuring that all KPI’s and timescales are managed during process

- Collecting all relevant complaint evidence and information to help and resolve complaint

- Managing own case files and progressing case through each stage of process

- Providing advice to complaints and members by telephone and email with the aim of resolving issues

- Communicating with Letting Agents, leasehold management companies, landlord and tenants
