Our client, a leading provider of property services solutions, is looking for an Assistant Underwriter/Case Manager to join their growing underwriting team. They are seeking a well-organised and confident individual to assist with lending applications and facilitate essential communication throughout the loan process. You will be responsible for lending application forms analysis, broker due diligence, stakeholder communication, smart search administration, valuation and solicitor instruction, underwriting administration, and onboarding admin for surveyors and brokers. Your role will be essential in supporting the underwriting team in their day-to-day administrative duties. 

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in case management or underwriting
  • Familiarity with bridging and Buy to Let services
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to adapt to different computer systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
