What You’ll Bring To The Table
- Provide pre-sales technical support to the commercial team.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Lead the technical aspects of projects.
- Research, develop, and approve new and existing solutions.
- Provide 3rd line support to the service desk.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
- Full Driving License & Access to a vehicle is essential.
- CCNA Qualification is essential.
- Pre-sales experience is essential.
- Strong customer-facing experience is essential.
- Experience putting together scope of work and pre-sales documentation.
- Experience delivering large networking projects would be advantageous.
- A background working in a Service Desk environment would be preferred.
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) would be desirable.
