I am looking for Stock Condition Surveyors to join a Housing association, covering stock in Hertfordshire. The Stock condition Surveyors will be responsible for carrying out 5 surveys per day, with business mileage included for site based travel. This role offers hybrid working.

Stock Condition Surveyor duties:
  • Maintain, update and validate the stock condition database
  • Carry out 5 completed surveys per day
  • Report any repairs identified whilst carrying out surveys
  • Occasionally liaise with tenants to book in surveys

What is required for the Stock Condition Surveyor role:
  • Experience within social housing
  • Ability to liaise with tenants
  • Experience with HHSRS and EPC - Desirable
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Keystone
