Stock Condition Surveyor duties:
- Maintain, update and validate the stock condition database
- Carry out 5 completed surveys per day
- Report any repairs identified whilst carrying out surveys
- Occasionally liaise with tenants to book in surveys
What is required for the Stock Condition Surveyor role:
- Experience within social housing
- Ability to liaise with tenants
- Experience with HHSRS and EPC - Desirable
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Keystone
