An established client, who are growing massively and with that in mind, are looking for a strong Administrator to join their team.
ABOUT THE ROLE AND KEY DUTIES
- Liaising with clients in relation to required documentation & processes
- Completing the online fact find with the client documentation
- Completing ID checks and running any relevant property reports.
- Supporting advisers package cases correctly
- Speaking to lenders/solicitors & updating clients with their applications
- Supporting clients from submission to completion of their mortgage
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- Experience in Mortgages, Loans or Underwriting is essential
- Excellent customer service and telephone manner
- Confidence on the phone
- Initiative to get the job done.
- Excellent administrative skills
- IT Literate
- Excellent attention to detail
