Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading organisation based within the Borehamwood area, they looking for an Adjudicator to join their expanding team. This is a newly created position due to growth within the business, and this opportunity would suit someone who has experience within dispute resolution, or a legal background. Being able to put together a well written letter is key for this position, so strong written English skills are a must.

Salary - 35,000
Hybrid working after training

Some of the duties will include:

  • Adjudicate on disputes between member, landlords and tenants
  • Consider all of the evidence available with a view to making a reasonable decision
  • Upload a copy of the decision document
  • Handling a set number of cases
  • Proactively support and advise case assessors in their assessment of a dispute
  • Assisting with processing adjudication payments and administration
  • Acting as a source of knowledge on technical issues regarding disputes where required
  • Able to work independently and undertake research for writing case studies


The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within a legal or ADR environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A high level of written English
  • Strong communication skills on all levels
  • The ability to work independently
  • Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Great problem solving skills
