Water Treatment OperativeBased in Elstree, WD64 on 4 off days only (6am-6pm)Temp to PermPaying £13.47ph PAYE  To deliver the following:
  • To ensure the waste water treatment plant area is maintained in a clean and tidy state, by carrying out general housekeeping on a daily basis
  • To ensure regular monitoring and supervision of the operation of the plant.
  • Ensure a proactive approach to the cleaning and monitoring of the plant 
  • Proactive removal of materials and waste such as pallets, chemicals and bales to the correct storage locations
  • Monitoring of Waste Storage areas to ensure collections by external contractors are achieved in a timely manner and that other contractors are keeping the area in a tidy and safe manner.
  • Supervision of chemical and acid deliveries
  • Maintain various records and documentation (Maintenance, Reports, Health & Safety and Quality).
  • Communication with contractors to arrange deliveries and collections and ensuring stocks are kept to the desired levels
  • Undertake any tasks as designated by the Facilities Manager
