Sonic Summary

Our clients, an independent practice in the Borehamwood area, are seeking a Self Employed Mortgage Advisor due to business expansion.
The ideal candidate must be CeMAP-qualified with their own client bank and at least two years of experience in mortgage and protection writing.
The position offers a salary package of 70-75% on self-generated mortgage and protection business, with on-target earnings between £50,000 and £100,000.
The role can be performed remotely or in-office, with admin support available at a monthly cost.
Key responsibilities include writing mortgage and protection business while providing excellent customer service and converting leads into signed business.

Due to expansion and an increase in business, our clients, an independent practice based in the Borehamwood area, are looking to recruit a Self Employed Mortgage Advisor. The position will require a CeMAP-qualified Advisor with their own client bank, which will be supplemented with Leads from our clients.

Our clients are offering this position as either remote or office-based. If remote, our clients would like to see you face-to-face for team meetings etc. Admin support is also available (with monthly cost)

Salary package on offer for the role of Mortgage Advisor

70-75% on Self-Generated Mortgage and Protection Business
50% on referred business
On Target Earnings of £50,000 - £100,000

Requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

CeMAP qualification and CAS
Experience in mortgage and Protection writing
Ability to offer excellent customer service and advice.
Ability to convert leads into signed business.
