You will be joining a highly-regarded insurance group that operates across multiple brands & products in two key industries. They're going through a positive period of growth which is seeing investment in their Marketing function. You'll join a people-first business & a Marketing function with great leadership that looks to promote internally & foster career growth & progression.

Your new role

As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll support the marketing team in creating & delivering integrated B2C & B2C multichannel marketing campaigns. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of some key projects with the support of your manager, as well as working collaboratively on a broad range of marketing initiatives with the wider team.

This is a broad role - you'll measure campaign & content performance, analysing & helping provide recommendations on what to improve. You'll carry out market research, write & edit a range of content across social media, web, & press, assist with events & more.

This is a full-time, permanent Digital Marketing Assistant position based in Northwest London with hybrid working (3/2 split).

What you'll need to succeed

  • Can demonstrate some previous marketing experience
  • Exposure to analytics & SEO tools would be advantageous
  • Confident communicator who can engage with a range of stakeholders
  • Ideally have a relevant marketing qualification with a passion for marketing
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, good written communication skills, & good at planning/prioritising tasks
