Salary: £25 - £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Branch Administrator to join a highly successful Estate Agency and support their busy team based at their offices in Borehamwood.

The ideal candidate for this position must have a strong background in administration and, experience in Estate Agency would be beneficial.

You will need to have first class customer service and communication skills as well as being highly organised, able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.

You will need to be confident working within a busy sales and lettings team as well as working on your own.

The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency based in the Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire area that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.

Skills required for this Branch Administrator role will include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role beneficial
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Presentable and articulate communicator
  • Highly organised, efficient and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of property industry desirable
  • Driving licence and car owner preferred
