Office Coordinator - Borehamwood

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Coordinator to join our vibrant, fast paced, successful client based in Borehamwood (great connections to the A1, M25 and London Overground station.)

Main Purpose of the Job:

To have overall responsibility and accountability for the full Office remit to ensure it is run effectively and efficiently in order to support business operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules using an ERP system.
  • Manage production capacity to align with customer demands and deliveries.
  • Monitor schedules for any changes in materials, machinery, or production constraints.
  • Oversee work orders, track materials, and monitor the production progress.
  • Point of contact for customers for customer order scheduling & deliveries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to provide lead times.
  • Identify and resolve production conflicts.
  • Work with procurement to ensure material availability and resolve shortages.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audits.
