Administrator

OA are recruiting for an Administrator to join our client’s highly successful and growing team on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

This is an exciting role working for a leading security company specialising in Communication Technology.

You’ll need to have previous administration experience, deliver excellent customer service at all times and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. This position also requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Location: Borehamwood

Hours: Monday – Friday. 9am - 5.30pm. Office based.

Salary: £12 - £12.50 per hour

Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support to the team.
  • Arranging events and liaising with external suppliers
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
  • Data entry, raising invoices, and updating internal CRM
  • Handling customer queries and delivering best in class customer service

Administrator - Skills and Experience

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience working in a Construction/ Manufacturing environment in a similar role
  • Have knowledge and working experience of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
