Summary of the Role:We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with other therapists to plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate physiotherapy services for service users with complex neurological and respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate physiotherapy services for service users with complex neurological conditions and respiratory diagnoses.
  2. Conduct comprehensive and holistic assessments and treatments, taking full accountability for the physiotherapy management of service users.
  3. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement and evaluate care plans for service users.
  4. Provide training and advice to therapy colleagues and the nursing/care team.
  5. Participate in the outreach service to other care homes within the corporate group as required.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Physiotherapist with relevant experience in neurology.
  • Strong assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary environment.
