Join the Contracts team at head office as a NHS Contracts Reporting Officer, where you’ll work 37.5 hours per week to maintain registration and access to external commissioning systems, develop and submit reports in line with Provider Collaborative, ICB and Local Authority contract requirements.

You’ll work remotely, with travel to head office in Borehamwood and/or our Luton office as required, and occasional travel to sites.

As a NHS Contracts Reporting Officer you will:

  • Process the data quality collections and submissions for identified Contracts (NHS, Local Authorities etc) and services.
  • Support the NHS contract review process and the Company’s contract repository (SpotDraft)
  • Liaise with IM&T Department with the development and maintenance of contractual Clinical Dashboards, ensuring data is accurate, reconciles and meets our Contractual obligations.
  • Manage the flow of communication between the Contracts Department and external Contracting Teams.
  • Support and maintain Elysium’s access to external contracting/commissioning systems, e.g. NHS Wales CCAPS.
  • Support the submission of all datasets relating to NHS Capacity Trackers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of NHS contracts or working in a mental health service
  • 4 GCSE at Grade C or above (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent.
  • To be a team player and able to work with staff of all levels
  • To have a particular eye for detail and accuracy
  • To work efficiently under pressure
