We are seeking applications for a Process Engineer to join a leading large scale pharmaceutical manufacturer who are committed to producing high quality medications.

As a Process Engineer, you will be integral to the success of their manufacturing operations. Working in a fast-paced, regulated environment, you'll focus on process design, improvement, and troubleshooting to ensure the seamless production of pharmaceutical products.

Some of your key responsibilities will include -

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ensure all processes meet GMP, FDA, and other regulatory compliance standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement process safety measures.
  • Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including validation protocols, SOPs, and reports.
  • Support new product introductions and technology transfers by designing and implementing new processes.
  • Provide technical expertise on all aspects of process engineering including feasibility studies, concept and detailed design, constructability, commissioning, and operation etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, R&D, and Operations, to achieve organizational goals.
