Project Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients and coordinate with all parties to ensure seamless project execution.
Financial Control: Maintain accurate financial control of projects, including variations and budget tracking.
Team Development: Drive best practices and team development through workshops and review sessions.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to CDM 2015 regulations and other legislations by conducting regular site inspections.
Procurement: Source required labour within defined budgets, including third-party services.Skills and Experience:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of management experience in the electrical/infrastructure sector.
Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, and IOSH Certificates.
Education: HNC in an electrical-related discipline (desirable).
