Block Manager, Property Manager

Are you experienced in working for a Block Management company at a level where you are ready to move into a Block Manager, Property Manager role or have gained experience as a Block Manager and want to work for a small but growing business based in Borehamwood covering mainly prestigious blocks of flats around the home counties.

This company differ from many of the other Block Management companies in that they provide an exceptional and personalised service to their clients. As Block Manager you will:--

  • Manage your own portfolio of Blocks
  • Have support from your own Assistant to deal with the day to day issues leaving you free to deal with managing your client expectations
  • Production of budgets
  • Negotiation of fees and renewal of contracts
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Liaising with the Accounts team, Directors etc
  • Ensuring the smooth running of your blocks
  • Contributing to the success of the business

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing team, work closely with the Directors to help grow the business and do a really good job. This role is Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm.
