An award-winning Property Management company based in Hertfordshire, are looking for an Assistant Block Manager to join it’s busy and passionate team of Property Managers.The successful candidate will receive £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm (with one day at home), parking is provided. As an Assistant Property Block Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the management of residential properties, ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer service, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Property Block Manager:

  • Conduct property inspections, oversee maintenance tasks, and liaise with contractors.
  • Assist with resident communication, meetings, and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Support financial tasks, including service charge collection and budget management.
  • Ensure compliance with property legislation and health & safety regulations.
  • Gain valuable mentorship from a Senior Property Manager.

The ideal Assistant Property Block Manager will have:

  • Previous property management experience (preferred but not essential).
  • Interest in gaining industry qualifications (ATPI) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
