An exclusive opportunity to join a boutique estate agency as a Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer. This vacancy offers a candidate to take over a new lettings department dealing with properties nationwide. The office is based in Elstree but will allow a candidate to work from home up to 4 days a week.The successful candidate will possess 3 years plus experience in lettings and/or sales, including valuation experience, with responsibilities including, landlord communication, client relationship management, property viewings (organising and conducting), negotiations, market knowledge, administrative tasks.
