We've recently taken on a new position in the Borehamwood area, where our clients are now looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their team. Therefore, if you are an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking to make a change, then this may be the role for you!
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Up to £22,000 Basic
- £35,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
- Excellent Commission Structure
- 20 Day Holiday + Bank Holiday
- Free Car Parking
To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:
- Excellent Telephone Manner
- Drive to be successful and push the branch forward
- Great customer service
- Full UK Driving License
As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Booking and attending viewings
- Building rapport with tenants and landlord
- Develop the business portfolio
- Remaining up to date on market legislation.
