We've recently taken on a new position in the Borehamwood area, where our clients are now looking to add a Lettings Negotiator to their team. Therefore, if you are an experienced Lettings Negotiator looking to make a change, then this may be the role for you!

 Working hours: 

  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • Up to £22,000 Basic
  • £35,000+ OTE (Uncapped)
  • Excellent Commission Structure
  • 20 Day Holiday + Bank Holiday
  • Free Car Parking

To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator Role you must have:

  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Drive to be successful and push the branch forward
  • Great customer service
  • Full UK Driving License

As a Lettings Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Booking and attending viewings
  • Building rapport with tenants and landlord
  • Develop the business portfolio
  • Remaining up to date on market legislation.
