They have local and national coverage, and have a unique perspective on matching people with homes, throughout the whole process. They make sure that each agent is an established and independent professional specialising in their neighbourhood, to ensure the most in-depth and insightful experience for their clients.This is a really great opportunity for a candidate who has previous experience in Sales and Customer Service, looking to get into the Estate Agency industry. You must have strong customer skills, with a good attitude. They would also consider an applicant with 6 months of experience within a Lettings Negotiator role. You must hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own car. Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator position include:
- Basic £20,000
- OTE £28,000 +
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, every other Saturday 9am - 3.30pm with a day back (5 day week)

Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator position include:
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Providing up to date advice and information
- Property inspections
- Conducting viewings
- Booking appointments
- Negotiating lettings contracts
- Registering applicants
- Generating new business
- Listing new properties
- Building the market share
The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- 6 months of Lettings experience or experience in customer service and sales
- The desire to work well in a team, and independently
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Drive, hunger and ambition for success
- Well-spoken with a good telephone manner and excellent communication skills
- Well presented and professional
- Target driven with a 'can do’ attitude
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
