An award-winning Property Management company based in Hertfordshire, are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join it’s busy and passionate team of Block Managers.
With an outstanding reputation for providing a great service to clients, you will be joining a company who also really look after their staff and who have a great staff retention as a result. As well as providing a competitive salary plus benefits you will work in their lovely head office overlooking the countryside.
Reporting into the Head of Block Management the Property Manager will be responsible for looking after a well-established portfolio of properties across London.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm in the office (with no weekends!) and parking is provided.
The ideal Property Manager will:
- Have at least 12 months experience as a Block Manager
- Ideally be IRPM qualified (not essential).
- Take care and pride in their work, always striving to provide a first-class service
- Be well organized and able to multitask, be flexible where necessary
- Have good knowledge of windows-based applications - i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel
