Property Administrator - Borehamwood

Salary - £28,000

Working Hours Monday Friday 9am 6pm

We are looking for an organised candidate with experience to deal with a variety of office-based roles and to assist with the smooth running of a busy independent estate agency in Borehamwood, working Monday to Friday 9am 6pm. Assisting with both the lettings and administration departments you will need to have a good telephone manner, time management is also very important and the ability to work with others is vital. It is an exciting job and a fantastic salary starting at £28,000.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:-

Prepare tenancy agreements.

Complete referencing process

Liaise with tenants and landlords.

All Aspects of Renewals

Facilitate the checkout process.

End of tenancy related administration

Understanding of legal / compliance requirements

Effectively manage the office diary system

Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, keys, electric checks EPC.

Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.

Update website of property details
