An award-winning Property Management company based in Hertfordshire, are looking for a Property Administrator to join it’s busy and passionate team of Property Managers. Are you a highly organised administrator with experience in Property or Finance? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key? If so, this Property Administrator role could be the perfect fit for you.As a Property Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting property management operations. Your responsibilities will include managing tenant records, handling arrears processing, credit control, and liaising with solicitors and leaseholders. You’ll ensure all administrative processes run smoothly while delivering top-tier customer service.Key Responsibilities of the Property Administrator:

  • Tenant & Property Administration - Maintaining accurate records, processing property assignments, and updating tenant details.
  • Credit Control & Arrears Management - Issuing demands, manual chasing of small arrears, and liaising with solicitors where necessary.
  • Property Transactions - Handling lease extensions, freehold purchases, and property sales documentation.
  • Customer Service & Communication - Responding to emails, liaising with solicitors, and ensuring client queries are resolved efficiently.
  • General Office Administration - Supporting the team with daily tasks, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in property management, credit control, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of QUBE, Excel, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
